Auction Drop Off Appointments

This is an auction drop off appointment only. Please arrive at your scheduled time to keep our processing times most efficient. This appointment begins at the start of the scheduled time and it is not a window of time.

ARRIVAL 

When you arrive, please check-in at our intake desk located at the far end of the store. Our team will then approve the items that we are able to take for the auction and give back anything we are unable to. After approval, we will have you sign-in and fill out an auction agreement if needed.

Ricochet will not accept the following at this appointment if not pre-approved -  

- Furniture (pre-approval required)
- Chandeliers (pre-approval required)
- Large Appliances (pre-approval required)

• Inspired or knock off designer bags & sneakers
• Mattresses, box springs & waterbeds
• Items in need of repair, cleaning, refinishing or re-upholstery
• Broken appliances
• Items missing cords or power supply

Furniture, Chandeliers, and Large Appliances

To auction these items, please email photos to info@ricochetboise.com and our auction team will be happy to let you know if it is something we would have a market for.  Once approved, we will schedule an appointment. 

Appliances must be in good working condition and clean.
